Shna coordinates our west London mentoring hub. Prior to joining the RSN team in October 2019, she worked for 10 years at IKEA in a role focussed on external services and profit maximisation.
Shna originally came to the UK to study a BA in Law at Middlesex University which she followed up with an LLM at Birkbeck, University of London, in International Economics Law. Shna also has a masters in the role of theology in peace and conflict from Uppsala University (Sweden) and hopes to start a PhD on water resource in a future Kurdish state.
Alongside her work at RSN, Shna is a trustee of Welcome Churches and is committed to enabling refugees in the UK to find a sense of home.
