Women's Education
Refugee Support Network runs an International Women’s group, providing informal ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages), advice and other activities for refugee, asylum seeking and other migrant women. These women are often not able to access statutory ESOL services because of long waiting lists for places with child-care.
The women’s group takes place every Monday afternoon during term-time, and includes women from over fifteen different countries. In January 2010 the group moved from Queen's Park to Stonebridge, and will be moving to a more permanent location in Harlesden in the new year.
