Education for a hopeful future
We support young people affected by displacement and crisis to access and progress in education.
Over half the world’s of out-of-school children live in countries affected by conflict - and for those that flee to the UK, getting a good education is still a battle.
Our programmes prioritise helping these young people to achieve their educational potential. We invest in education because we believe it creates hope for a future, both for the young people we work with in the UK and for those who remain in, or return to, regions of the world affected by displacement and crisis.
We also work in our community to empower refugee and asylum seeking women through education. Alongside these programmes we carry out research, and provide training and consultancy.
